Please read our following package information below as it tells in detail all that is included with your dog when
you purchase it from Suzara. Prices vary based on type of puppy you are purchasing. We know you work hard
for your money and we strive to give you the most for your money along with a quality puppy that you will love.
We understand that there are many shelties for sale out there and prices vary greatly. However our prices are
competitive with reputable breeders with good quality puppies. Please call for more information on pricing and
availability, but first read below all of the following information.
Buyers please beware of buying a "cheap" sheltie. Many times these dogs are not good quality and could have
health problems or genetic defects. Also, be wary of breeders that cannot give you references. These breeders
often times are not breeding good quality dogs, or may not use ethical practices in their breeding programs.
These breeders often times try to sell poor quality, unhealthy dogs to unsuspecting people at cheaper prices
then good breeders would charge. However, they do not tell you that the dog could have serious health
conditions now or could develop health problems in the future. They will not offer any health guarantees and
they sell it to the buyer in "AS IS" Condition. This could mean you could be buying and will be stuck with an
unhealthy dog and very high vet bills.
A good breeder will have several references from fellow breeders, past buyers, & even their veterinarian. They
will be willing to give you the information you request and the time you need to research them. They will be
willing to answer all of your questions and concerns. A reputable breeder will offer health guarantees on the
shelties that they sell. The will be willing to show you any medical records, pedigrees, test results for the dog or
the parents of the puppy if you ask for it. They will have nothing to hide and will be willing to provide any of the
information that you need.

| Adult Dog Package Includes: 1 well bred, clean, quality adult dog (age varies based on individual dog) *Health and Genetic Guarantees *See bottom of page for description of health guarantee and Genetic Guarantees. All registration papers Pedigree Medical Records All vaccinations will be up to date Packages change based on the individual sheltie for sale. (For example: one adult dog may be registered with both AKC and UKC where the next dog may only be registered with the AKC.) |
72 Hour All Health Guarantee: This ensures that the dog you purchased from Suzara is healthy. It
is recommended that you take your dog to vet within this time period for a well check. In the event that
the puppy/dog is not well or has some sort of defect that you were not told about prior to purchasing
the pup/dog, You may return the pup/dog in person with a letter in writing from the Vet stating what the
problems are. You will be refunded your money in full or will be put on the waiting list to receive first
choice from the next litter. The choice of whether a puppy or refund will be given is decided by the seller.
36 Month Genetic Guarantee: This guarantee ensures that the dog will not have any genetic
defects such as hip dysplasia, defects of the eye that will render the dog unable to CERF,
hypothyroidism, or vWD disease, etc for 36 months from date of purchase. Guarantee will only be valid
if dog was taken to the vet within the first 72 hours (proof of visit will be required) from date of purchase.
The dog has not been abused, neglected, malnourished by the buyer. This guarantee is only good for
the original purchaser and is null and void if the buyer sells the dog. The contract is null and void if the
dog has been bred. The seller is not responsible for any expenses incurred for shipping, vet bills, etc.
In exchange for your refund or replacement dog, you must return the original dog to us. You will be
given the option of keeping the original dog and forfeit your right to a replacement dog or refund. If you
choose to keep the original dog, then a new contract will be required to be signed with the updated
information in it.
SHIPPING: We will ship to anywhere in the US and Canada. We Will NOT ship Internationally. No
Exceptions. There are too many fees and requirements involved when shipping internationally.
