Did you know....

Many people have the mistaken notion that females make better pets, but in fact this is just a myth.

Shelties in general are gentle, and loving and it doesn't make much difference which gender you choose, however we believe that
male shelties makes the better pet. In general, males are easier to train, shed less often and have a more even disposition and males
tend to be more laid back and easy going.

Females
can be moody, and emotional even ones that are spayed (hence the name Bitches).

Another myth about males is that they will 'spray' in the house to mark their territory.  Generally speaking, this does not happen unless
they are around a female in season.

If you have any questions  feel free to call us to ask them. These are only generalities and our opinion since we live with both genders.
